SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Name & Description

Program Name: ILHARDT PROPERTIES SMS Program

The ILHARDT PROPERTIES SMS Program sends text messages to individuals who have contacted ILHARDT PROPERTIES through our website, web forms, phone calls, or other authorized communication channels and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages.

Messages may include, but are not limited to: responses to property inquiries, cash offer communications, appointment scheduling and reminders, transaction updates, follow-ups, customer support messages, and, if separately opted into, marketing or promotional messages related to our real estate services. Message frequency may vary.

2. Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the same phone number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in.

3. Rejoining Instructions

If you have opted out and wish to rejoin the SMS program, you may do so by submitting a new opt-in through our website or by otherwise providing express consent as you did initially. Once rejoined, SMS messaging will resume.
